Betweens needles are shorter needles, used for detailed handwork, such as fine stitching on heavy fabric. Used in tailoring and quilting. Sizes 7, 8 and 9 betweens are quilting needles.
Available in packages of 25 needles of one size, or 25 needles of assorted sizes 3 to 9 (3/9).
